This headwork presents an analysis about the responsability of the administrators in the company groups, particularly in the publiccompany and in the cooperative society. The object of analysis is: a)definition, characteristic, fixing by-law and b) the general legal rulesapplicables to the responsability of the administrators in the contextof our stock company law.This rules are applicable to the public company and also tothe cooperative society. The study of this rules demonstrate that theyare insufficient in order to the company group and, more weight, theignorancet of the particularities of each type of companies. This matterisn t contained in our company law. Bay that, in this head work areincluded somes solutions about the rules of the administratorsresponsability that must be introduced in the Spanish companies law. |
