This research aims to design a program of work motivation to contribute to increased satisfaction allowing high performance of the collaborators of the Priestly Fraternity Cooperative, located in the city of Medellin. integrates all resources in motivation that gives us the study of the concepts in organizational psychology, of course considering is, that motivation is an important element in any sphere of human activity, and it is in the workplace where it manifests with a greater need.
It is part of the formulation of the research problem considering What are the most common motivations for employees of the Priestly Fraternity Cooperative located in the town Mall New Cra 49 No. 57-51 in the city of Medellin, find satisfaction development of their roles and contributions to the growth of the institution? And from the results of a proposal that will allow the community integrated Cooperative Priestly fraternity in a task of motivation to strengthen their working environment is performed. |
