Sumario: Indoamérica Technological University, is a private educational institution that seeks to generate an optimal institutional environment in which its employees can develop in all areas to provide the better services to students. This project was born of the importance of promoting a healthy work environment where there is a adequate motivation, opting by the teaching area as principal beneficiary of this research and indirectly, the University was benefited as a whole, mainly the Human Talent area that at final of the process will obtain broader perspectives in how intervene in adverse situations, when giving incentives to staff, implement activities or planning training. Optimize the work environment using tools for obtaining information, is not something new for the Indoamérica University, therefore, the way of reaching a result more accurate and feasible was innovated. To do this, we used the Maslow needs hierarchy theory, this is a job that group in different levels the persons requirements for their self-realization in order to understand in which ambit their limitations or impediments of development arise, it was taken in account the current work environment of teachers, the values, policies, standards, and particular organizational culture of the Indoamérica University, to find solutions through a plan of improvement of work environment that fitted to the institutional reality and it was viable in every aspect.
