The present work is a systematization report based on an experience generated in the pre professional practices corresponding to the Psychology career with Organizational mention, of the Universidad Politécnica Salesiana.
These practices were carried out in the Academia de Guerra Aérea belonging to the Fuerza Aérea Ecuatoriana during the months of September 2016 to August 2017, where a psychosocial intervention project was designed and executed. Today, one of the biggest problems in the world of work is motivating people to feel committed to the goals of their institution, in addition to creating a work environment based on a favorable organizational design and a participatory culture to get workers healthy.
The objective of this intervention was to determine the impact of the Organizational Climate on the Satisfaction and Performance of civilian and military personnel working in the Academia de Guerra Aérea (AGA) of the Fuerza Aérea Ecuatoriana (FAE) in the period September 2016 - August 2017, to prepare a proposal for improvement.
For the execution of this project the information collected was analyzed that allowed to elaborate a proposal to improve the working climate inside the institution, and thus to obtain like result more satisfied workers, who demonstrate efficiency in the performance of its functions within the Academia de Guerra Aérea.
