The general objective of this intervention consists of Estrategias y Mercado work environment evaluation during the period from September 2016 to March 2017 and to propose improvement actions.
Human talent is the most important resource of the Company, this intervention recognizes the importance of work environment within the terms of entities management, productivity and competitiveness; work environment evaluation and its measuring in Estrategias y Mercado S.A. was an enriching experience that has given way the knowledge application acquired during university preparation.
Based on the results, it is established that effort and work should be focused on the following factors: career plan / stable job, work conditions and interpersonal relationships; therefore, it is proposed to carry out annual training for administrative and operational staff; activities to promote labor integration and workload analysis currently distributed.
It is important to emphasize process complete knowledge and company staff involvement that participated actively during labor environment measurement to design and execute inclusive action plans. This intervention becomes a precedent inside the company, and a contribution to normal employee functions development, without affecting his mental health and guaranteeing full performance for each company employee. |
