Sumario: The objective of this research was to identify the factors that are associated to the motivation of the employees of OSP International. Therefore, the CMT: Cuestionario de motivations para el work (WMQ: Work Motivational Questionnaire), was applied in order to observe these internal and external motivational Factors and their preferred means to obtain remuneration at work. From the present work a quantitative study was developed since it was sought through the application of the instrument to obtain the collection of numerical data and the analysis of the average of these numerical data, to the extent that it was sought to describe and identify the factors associated with the motivation present in the workers of OSP International in a single moment. The study was carried out with a sample of 20 employees who are located in the Medellin headquarters, mostly male, of whom they are in middle adulthood and with more than 1 year in the organization. Also, the 95% of them has universities studies and most of them have an indefinite term contract. Likewise, the motivational factors present in OSP workers were identified; With regard to internal motivational factors workers have a greater work motivation in recognition and a lower work motivation for achievement. In the preferred means to obtain retribution in the work it’s greater work motivational interest is by the expectation and a less work motivation for the dedication to the task. And as for internal motivation, employees find more work motivation in the Salary and less work motivation in supervision. Therefore, several recommendations are made based on how to increase the motivation in some factors that are important to facilitate that these employees can develop their work more effectively.
