The objective of this project was to identify the variables and coovariables for social evaluation of a project. Analysis found that social evaluation is composed of four variables: Quantitative Techniques, Qualitative Techniques, and Social Cost Benefit and Impact Identification Project. These in turn include their coovariables. The purpose of this research is to perform a procedure to perform this assessment based on the information collected. It is a descriptive study; a base of digital and physical data was performed; the information was obtained through physical and digital documents. two instruments to collect, sort and analyze the common information in the literature were designed; finally he proceeded to write degree work with the analysis of the variables and consulted coovariables social evaluation. The results show that among the 13 authors consulted on social assessment, there are 17 variables for socially evaluate a project, but of the 17 variables, there are 4 variables are named majority are: Technical Quantitative, Qualitative Techniques, Profit and Social Cost and Identification of project impact. It can be concluded that the procedure outlined in this paper covers any type of project because it evaluates the aspects found in the review of the literature, and not limited to certain types of projects, hence depends on the evaluator used only to apply to the evaluation that is running. |
