The objective of this project is to perform an upgrade on a process using different tools that give us the methodologies of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma in the company toiletries "J Y C". Given the DMAIC process (six sigma tool), the team analyzes the opportunity and decide to work on reducing manufacturing times fabric softener and implementation of 5s in the packinghouse as added value. The purpose of this implementation is to achieve a reduction of time in manufacturing process fabric softener 20% for each batch prepared, achieving improve the production capacity of the company, increase their competitiveness and position in the market as an excellent choice business. |
