Sumario: The objective of this project was to identify the techniques used in change management projects from human talent. a search of related information is done with the topic and a database which results contribute to research is created. a description of the problem is analyzed where all the corporate context and actors are taken into account within this context is developed. This research is descriptive, which brings together the information without any modification is present, finally a document which analyzes and describes all strategies implemented in organizations and projects taking into account all factors that influence is drawn the change management such as technology, culture, human talent, organizational structure, the type of project being undertaken and the roles of each of those who make such equipment, which result in management the cambio.se can conclude that all these variables affect directly or indirectly projects, resulting in organizations that adapt easily to change and others on the contrary are resistant to it.
