Objective. Characterize the embodiments of the process of recruitment from various professionals and nonprofessionals. Method. The foundation of this research is given from the qualitative interpretative paradigm in which seeks to understand how the subjects investigated, they assume and execute processes involving recruitment in organizations. Based on the above, this research is descriptive, which seeks to carry out a study of the population chosen in which through his speech forms as running the selection process is characterized, considering that they have the same vocational training. Discussion. After interviewing all the people who participated in the research, different perceptions of the process of recruitment, reflections on criticism among other categories conclusions are evident. Through the analysis of discourse it is possible to know and understand in a way that shows the different situations of the current situation of these selection processes and criteria that tend to predominate in each person responsible for this work |
