The present study aims to know what the perception of organizational climate which teachers and school administrators of a private educational institution have, from the analysis of the survey results that a private firm of Medellin city will perform during 2013. The climate assessment has as main objective to know the perceptions that employees have of their company, peers, leaders, groups and their interactions. Integrated with a study and investigation of the evolution of the concept of climate, will be presented a proposal for intervention in order to promote improvements, approach critical situations and identify positive aspects that is necessary to keep. |
