This work is focused on the comparison of the resulting refined sugar, in the refinery of Incauca SA, in terms of identifying process improvements grain crystallization in the manual and automatic vacuum pans. In which a variation is performed in alcoholic suspensions and the size of the cores used to crystallize, noting the results obtained on the sugar. Order to modify the method of preparation of suspensions with the use of other retained, different from previously used and increase the number of batchs within quality specifications in terms of grain and sugar as to improve production of the refinery Incauca S.A. |
