This article analyzes the management of ICT in Colombian SMEs to determine their competitiveness and consolidation in the market, to carry out this purpose, a thorough review of scientific literature on the importance of using is performed ICT in micro, small and medium enterprises in Latin America and the success of MSMEs globally who use these tools. The study was developed in two phases: the first phase a conceptual framework on the importance of using ICT and MSMEs in any economic activity carried out set, considering the technological age in which our society is.
The second phase is the methodology, analysis and conclusions. The investigation revealed that knowledge about ICT human resources are elemental and use of ICT in Colombian SMEs is also primary aspects that determine the lack of competitiveness of the sector for market consolidation |
