Palliative Care reminds us how to humanize again the medical practice, how to understand better the vital cycles (specially death), how to have a successful life experience for a dignifying death, how the quality of life and wellness are not lost because of the suffer of any given illness, how to be and confront with resilience be like health personal-patient-family any given adversities who may come. In the present paper it is given a glimpse of the action of Palliative Care in a transplant patient corporation about different needs viewed in a bio-psico-social-spiritual model, worked from the concepts given in the specialization and the experience of the everyday towards the realization of process and intervention. |
