The general goal of this work is to determine if the high performance teamworks influences as a competitive advantage in the organizations. The records were revised; the fundamental characteristics of the teamwork, the strategies, requisites and benefits that the high performance teamworks offer in any organization and how does it become an advantage difficult to be replicated. It was found that this management tool not only achieves to reveal individual and organizational improvements, because through it the goals are reached and in many occasions, the standard is surpassed. The existence of these teams may help the organizations to become more profitable, to sustain themselves in time and also permits the development of their staff. The former concludes after realizing an exhausting bibliographical research, revising the existent models and mainly the exploration of real cases of organizational success based in high performance teamwoks like Quala, Crepes and Waffles, Ecopetrol, Apple, among others. |
