Sumario: This paper compiles and presents different challenges or problems that have been presented in different private institutions of basic and media education, at the time of implementing English as a Foreign Language program with the help of the Richmond Editorial and the support of an academic consultant. All of the above under the shadow of what we know as globalization. The work is carried out through the experiential analysis of three (3) academic consultants from the publisher, generating certain categories and subcategories in common that led to the subsequent generation of recommendations aimed at improving the relationship between the educational institution and Richmond.
