The Educational Evaluation in Colombia has been the subject of a wide range of legislation. Currently, according to Decree 1290 of 2009, which regulates the evaluation of student learning and promotion, the Educational Institutions have the autonomy to create, plan, define and adopt in a consensual way their Evaluation System. I.E. Marcos Fidel Suarez of the municipality of Turbana implemented its Institutional Student Evaluation System as a result of a proposal submitted unilaterally. This caused the breach of the rule in its art.8 which prevented the purposes of the evaluation were real. Researchers based on the qualitative approach of ethnographic cutting taking a focused sample of the educational community and making use of techniques such as the interview and focus groups as a sample of the research, as well as the hermeneutic reading of documents and graphic organizers, were given to the task of obtaining answers that would lead to elucidate if this system of evaluation acted as an adjunct to the process of learning-teaching of the student in this Educational Institution. |
