The reason for this research came about due to the perception that is experienced every day in the labor world. Focusing on the methodologies applied by companies for their internal management. Making this a qualitative research study. This study seeks to identify the similarities and differences of teleworking and conventional work. Specifically regarding the work performance of the companies Soluciones Alegra SAS; a company of remote work, and the company Arrendamientos Monserrate Ltda; a company of conventional work.
Teleworking and conventional work are both methodologies that are used for the development and maintaining of companies. However, there are relevant factors that make teleworking a profitable methodology. These factors include; productivity, work performance, teamwork, retribution for efforts, working hours, and selection policies.
When one analyzes the perception that employees have about teleworking and conventional work, several important points can be determined regarding teleworking. These points include; job performance, quality of life, and a decrease in expenses for the company. Important points that improve a company's work culture.
Therefore, the results obtained in this research aims to provide a clear and documented report to future entrepreneurs or existing companies. In order to help determine which methodology may be ideal to apply. Specifically, to a company looking for growth and competitiveness in the market |
