The following article covers two of the essential and important aspects in the life of the human being, like family and work, offering at the same time the opportunity to know, how some family problems, in which they are no doubt, the conflicts at the couple level can have a negative impact and significantly affect job performance. It should be noted that each individual is a world and for that experiences different feelings, with respect to a given situation and how they assume and / or assimilate, make a difference in the appropriate form or not, the resolution of their conflicts and these do not have a greater impact on their life, both work, as family. Work life, like family life, are aspects that are part of daily life, where one lives and invests most of the time and where there is, to put it somehow a war, between the time dedicated to work and the family.
