This study seeks to investigate how the emotional intelligence of the teacher affects the formative process of the students, framed in the academic-pedagogical management of an educational institution, through focal groups carried out in 2 educational institutions of Monteria and El Carmen de Bolivar, we worked with 10 teachers, 5 from each educational institution, and seek to determine the relationship between the emotional intelligence of the teacher with the school environment and the teaching-learning process, taking into account the management of the educational manager. The data analyzed suggest that the use of emotional intelligence is very important for teachers, as it significantly helps in the resolution of daily conflicts, as well as the management of the manager as the accompaniment that allows motivation, innovation and no less important permanent and comprehensive training to consolidate an appropriate learning process in this same sense the results point to the importance of emotional intelligence as an important tool for the transformation of an adequate school environment, which provides opportunities for growth and strengthens the knowledge |
