Sumario: The relationship of families and educational institutions is essential since they are the main pillars that must inevitably act as collaborators in the educational mission of the institution, especially when emphasized is placed on institutional pedagogical processes within the framework of initial education. It is practically unattainable to carry out a comprehensive and quality education if the family does not participate actively in the learning process of the boys and girls. The prevailing problem and the need to solve it, is transcendental in order to support the assertive family and education relationships in order to build enriched environments through various proposals that start from the child development centers and educational agents. Therefore, in the Initial Education must implement strategies for the family to participate in the educational process and together participate and focus on the achievements, difficulties and potentials of children and children. This research was characterized by being descriptive in that it allowed to investigate the forms of participation and involvement of families in the pedagogical processes in the Child Development Centers. With regard to the findings, it is evident that the educational agents recognize the fundamental role of families in the teaching and learning of children, as well as the importance of establishing links with families and bringing them closer to families. Pedagogical processes of Child Development Centers to work as a team. In the same way, the family must be linked through real articulation strategies, aimed at the growth of quality, focusing on establishing links that affect learning towards boys and girls, becoming the C.D.I. in spaces of communion or meeting of the same parents with their children and with the Educational Institution. For this, the role of all educational agents must be involved in an active way, with tools that allow innovative actions that generally promote the participation of the family, so the fundamental purpose is to propose a work plan. that allows to foment and to unify diverse forms that tie the family to the pedagogical processes of the Centers of Infantile Development
