Overview using the technique of document review, collected information on the existing scientific evidence about the memory disturbance associated with cannabis use, challenging myths that deny the harmful effects of the use of these substances, as well as myths that exaggerate the damage on individuals. It seeks to sensitize professionals and students of psychology and social science, as well as parents, teacher and people who use cannabis, about the real effects that can lead to mental health, so campaigns and prevention programs can have a greater impact that contributes to the improvement of the quality of life of the people. |
