Sumario: Evaluation should be known and considered as evaluation of learning not learning evaluation. the development of learning in preschool children, specifically 3 to 5 year-old kids, is understood as a permanent qualitative process of their potentials and acquired learning, as well as, the conditions that affect it, being it an individualized process that takes into account diversity and differences of each student. in this sense, evaluation is the main instrument of a teacher in order to support and reflect about the teaching-learning process of a student. this information is extremely important and we should emphasize that the results are real. in this way, we try that the evaluation process and the process of evaluation of the student count with enough techniques and instruments needed for such information to be as true as possible. alternative evaluation and its instruments should be pointed out in order to propose a flexible and open guide that includes different moments and instruments of alternative evaluation that can be used with 3 to 5 year old children of the kindergarten “centro de desarrollo infantil bilingüe y estimulación adecuada the world of little explorers”. “centro de desarrollo infantil bilingüe y estimulación adecuada the world of little explorers”.
