Sumario: This systematization of the program to enhance the mathematical reasoning at a concrete and functional level, for students with Down's syndrome of CESDAA, was executed from October 2015 to March 2016 in a facility located to the North of Quito which currently has students from 11 years old; however it does not have a mathematical education plan, so it´s focused in reading, writing and social autonomies, according to its academic offer; that is why the need for the program. According to this, and because the students of the institution show special educational needs associated with Down's syndrome, it was proposed as a general objective, to stimulate mathematical reasoning at concrete-functional level, through specifically planned and executed activities to improve their quality of life. On the other hand, in the first part of this work; we find the different theories that supports the program, starting from behaviorist perspective, Socio-Cultural, Mediated Learning Development. As well as institution data and executed activities At last, in the second part, we explain the reason why we worked with Down's syndrome people. Relevant aspects of the systematization are detailed; and also there it is the analysis of the C.I. assessments applied, and the relevant conclusions of the work.
