Sumario: The elaboration of this academic work, basically is to show the principal objective to develop the Literacy for girls and boys with Down’s Syndrome, applying to the Beginning Acquisition of the Phonological Conscience, strategies in the development of reader through goals fullfiment, proposes and methodology, improving teaching, learning and strengthening their develop, development with a significative learning it would help and make easy the understanding and acquisition of know ledgement. The development of the reader process with the correct use of methodology, provides high possibilities to access a great Reading and writing comprehension, also the know ledgement obtained, creat learning, giving to this down’s sydrome children improvements in their education. Besides, parents are involved in the education and learning of their children, with reinforcement activities and tasks, all this tasks made at home are great for the education and learning process for the reader and get the final goal.
