Sumario: The history of disability is an important starting point to reach the desired within the present research objectives. People with disabilities, physical or intellectual, have been relegated for years as if they were objects that could not contribute to the development of the family and society. But over the years we have found that people with a disability have the same rights and have the same opportunities to contribute to equal or better shape than everyone. In the case of people who are born with Down syndrome, the story is similar, however to make an analysis of their psychological and physical characteristics, we realize that the delay is no impediment to the same conditions as the entire population in general, provided with limiting but not discrimination. In story to the objectives and benefits of early intervention for people with this type of disability, we note that both they and their parents need guidance throughout the life cycle. Also it gives way to a phase of approaches and teaching staff surveys Children's Center La Joya, and then analyze the results and thereby focus on the proposed Support Manual.
