Sumario: Emotional reactions to the diagnosis of disability a child a no less a fact that causes pain and suffering for the parents as it is directly related to the breakdown of your dreams, goals, ideals and expectations. The birth of this child to take the family to experience different situations which threatened the deepest feelings. Facing a disability within the family involve significant changes in the dynamics which requires a positive support of the mother and father. The experience they have during this time of impact is very significant since apparently experiencing emotions that stay, or one of the other which affects their own lives and in the life of your son / daughter is replaced. This research is to know the emotional reactions produced before the diagnosis of disability of a child / a, the differences between the reactions of parents, how these processes relate to the principles of Victor Frankl existential approach, analysis existential and speech. This study was conducted at the “Foundation Triangle” serving children with Down syndrome it shows relevant as evidence post-diagnosis and processes for failure experiences, which placed parents in a situation of senseless suffering as the spiritual resources used are minimal, they have not allowed them to survive in an unavoidable situation. Parents as unique and unrepeatable human beings have the capacity to develop tools that allow them to face the suffering. From the first encounter, through interviews it was evident guidelines as trusting environment focused on a meeting I - you and the aid relationship, which show significant bases logoterapéutico to follow a process.
