Sumario: The present project aims to establish a correctly defined Communication Plan in which previously determined the shortcomings in communication and channels used so far, which have been shown to be ineffective. It is taken into account that Flexiplast is a production company of the industrial sector, dedicated to the development of flexible packaging, which has several areas that help to fulfill the whole process. These areas have a day within the week to maintain meetings between managers, supervisors and operatives, and to deal with issues ranging from the problems of the area in terms of production or machinery to the decisions or information that managers wish to convey to staff. According to the shortcomings found, this project seeks to generate a contribution in the communication allowing the collaborator to recognize the channels in which he can access the information directly and avoid the lack of clarity in the messages he receives, And employee and the worker's sense of belonging to the company.
