Sumario: This report presents the systematization of a project that had the interest of identifying the main communication problems in the Company Hoteles Decameron Ecuador S.A. and based on that situation, develop and implement an organizational communication plan that will contribute to the development of internal staff and the achievement of business objectives. To fulfill these objectives, the theoretical postulates about successful communication were assumed and a field research with a mixed approach was carried out. The qualitative and quantitative tools, that is, the interview, the survey and the observation allowed to make a diagnosis through which the perception of the collaborators about the communication in their work environment was known, as well as the needs according to the deficiencies or limitations. It was known that in Hoteles Decameron Ecuador S.A. there was no planning to guide work in terms of communication. The existing channels did not accelerate the achievement of the labor objectives, so there was no successful communication that would lead to an increase in the Company's competitiveness. In view of this situation, a communication plan focused on respecting the rights of employees as human beings and professionals, members of an organization that provided better strategies, especially in the area of Human Talent Management, consolidated the structure of internal communication, linked the perception of the workers with the strategy of the company and promoted the active participation of the collaborators.
