Sumario: This Project tries to optimize the collection process and the appropriate electrical and electronic treatment that our society produces and which produce permanently a negative effect in the human being’s daily life. The projects contemplate a web application development to reduce prices and cost in the solid waste use which turns into an application that triggers a series of applications in the future. This work is designed in 8 modules: Collection, RAEES, Transportation, Storage, Reg. Incentive, Environmental authorization, reports and Administration. Each process has a fundamental specific function in the management system which will be shown in the results demanded by the client. The ways which are used are: eclipse (java) as a development environment, Postgresql for the Data Base, Power Designer for the design, Balsamiq Mockup for the prototype and Apache Tomcat as a web server. Finally, the good used practices in this work let reach an organized programming which adapts to changes and let give the client an operative deliver for checking (test- error). All this set of activities were necessary to successfully complete a unique system in the Ecuadorian mark
