The present technical project has the purpose of studying the field of matricería both theoretical and mathematical through the design of a die with mechanical presses for cutting by punching with a force of five tons, later an analysis of the cutting process by means of simulation In ANSYS Software with work module in Explicit Dynamics.
The first chapter is based on the study of die-stamping with their respective definitions as are their parts, main components of a die, cutting processes and detail of the element to cut taken from the need of the proposed company to work.
The second chapter details factors involved in matrix design calculations such as the efforts of both the mechanical and cutting press, mentioning materials in the calculation of the necessary effort, punch matrix game and the respective equations.
The third chapter shows a brief introduction to the ANSYS Software and the work module required for sheet metal cutting analysis, different simulations obtained with the variation of elements such as materials and work parameters offered by the Software.
Chapter four is based on the analysis and comparison of results obtained, as well as a brief analysis of design costs. |
