This thesis presents a description of the teacher profile, from the actual Salesian pedagogical
vision in which the influence of Don Bosco's Preventive System defines this profile suited to
the reality of the school as if and since translated in their personal capacity work, perfects his
human and spiritual maturity and experience making the significance of education in his
acting style, are the contributions of Salesian pedagogy for teaching profile.
Processes are also reviewed quality-oriented education, taking into consideration those who
have made an impact on education today, as well as quality management models that are in
force in countries close to our region, and trends in the that education is improvements that
