In educational institutions is cardinal to have leaders that create organizational climates favorable to meet the goals of education in the twenty-first century. In this research, it starteds from the theoretical assumption of leadership relate to the work environment, considering such variables where the first is part of the second constraint. In the Education Unit Fiscomisional "Don Bosco" was detected that the leadership generates a unfavorable climate for reasons indicated in the text of the report thesis work environment; therefore defined as research problem What is the relationship between leadership and the working environment in the fields of pastoral, academic, administrative, student government and parents of Fiscomisional "Don Bosco" Educational Unit in year 2013-2014? The objective was to determine the relationship between leadership and the working environment in selected fields. To fulfill this purpose were used as research techniques, a record of observation, interview the directors of the five selected population strata and two surveys will assess the views of community members about the qualities of leaders and climate existing labor. The processing of the results was performed using the Microsoft Excel program digital Word 2007, in which analysis could be confirmed, despite the lack of consistency and spread on the feedback received, the hypothesis which states that there is a direct and significant relationship between leadership and the work environment, so that when making the correlation of the results of these variables, it was possible to confirm the decisive influence of each other. The findings suggest modifying the acting leadership styles with a more interactive, participative and committed to the needs of this community. |
