The purpose of this project is to diagnose and propose a way of culture improvement and Organizational Commitment in a tire sales company, due to the fact, that in recent years (2015 - 2017) there has been an increase in personnel on its office located in Quito and it is necessary to identify how the employees have accepted the Corporate Culture. This is important because it allows distinguishing one company from another and empowering staff to generate a sense of belonging to the Organization, resulting in greater and better productivity as well as the permanence of employees. For its development, an evaluation tool was used, which was a survey formed by five factors: Recognition, Sense of Belonging, Cooperation - Teamwork, Communication and Working Conditions; composed of key questions to know what level of identification the members of the Organization have with their work environment and the level of commitment they have acquired with the Company; Based on the tabulation and analysis of the results, action plans will be formulated to help strengthen them and strengthen organizational commitment. |
