The present project presents the implementation of a Dynamic Matrix Control of the
variable Level using a programmable automation controller (PAC) in the continuous
process platform of the Electronic Engineering Career. In addition to determining the
mathematical model of the platform process that allows the application of a predictive
control to verify the behavior of the variable in question and improve times such as the
quality of the process. Through the National Instruments MAX software,
communication was made between the controller and the LabVIEW software. To
implement the DMC predictive algorithm, data acquisition and scaling of the sensor
and actuator signals were performed by means of Mathscript, obtaining data in real
time, allowing control of the plant to be more efficient, by varying the lambda
parameters, alpha, control horizon and prediction tests were developed to verify the
effects produced by the predictive algorithm DMC in the testing plant, by means of
the error index of absolute integral (IAE), the efficiency was determined by weighting
the parameters of lambda tuning and alpha in the DMC algorithm with the Wilcoxon
test to determine which parameter generates the best dynamics in the system. |
