River East 1 project includes the civil structures to regulate the natural flow in a reservoir of 437,13 cubic hectometres regulation, allowing the demand for a hydroelectric user with the 95% guarantee on time and volume. The main objective is the design level of feasibility of regulation structures: a) regulator y 61metros of high concrete dam; spillway of surpluses to evacuate a spate with probability 0.01% and maximum flow of 545 cubic meters per second; structure of recruitment to meet the demand of a hydro power plant; drain current and ecological/emergency use. Not part of the project design of the hydroelectric derivation plant. The political, social and environmental feasibility of the project is based on the policies of force of change in the energy matrix. The technical feasibility of the project River East 1 is justice at the engineering decisions made as a result of the analysis and calculations developed in degree work. Economic viability must be comprehensive and, therefore, include the energy component that is not part of this project; however such viability largely will be sustained in the optimization of designs of the works that are part of this study. |
