This investigation proposes a strategic plan to offer a solution for the continue
decrease of the number of children who are sponsored by Children International
Foundation in Quito.
At the beginning, the present situation of the Organization is analyzed in order to
determinate a strategic assessment that shows an internal and external analysis. The
internal study of the Foundation contains factors such as its management,
competitive, financial and technological capacity. This is presented to identify the
main strengths and weaknesses of the Organization while the outside analysis checks
the economic, social, political, technological and demographic factors as well as
suppliers, customers and competitors that may affect Children International
Foundation. All the mentioned helps it to be prepared for threats and opportunities. |
