Sumario: The present work tries to reconstruct the origin and organizational process of the Community Intiruna, gestated in Lucha de los Pobres area, during the period 2005-2015, linked to a Christian context from the line of Liberation Theology and that it has come developing alternatives of meeting and community participation. In this frame I reconstruct the history of the community, emphasizing fundamental milestones; the leadership of the founder priests to achieve the progressive empower of the lay, and to end in the organizational autonomy. I also indicate the forms or means that the community developed to become stronger like entity and to promote collective actions of community service of cultural, social and political kind. The most relevant aspects treated in this work are of qualitative type and they have to see with the formation, the spirituality, and the participation for making decisions, the leadership, the faith and the politic, to obtain resources and the contribution in the human development of its followers. The work concludes with experiences learnings and thinks about how to reach port in the historical memory and organizational strengthening of this community.
