Sumario: Given the multiple traffic accidents in Ecuador is important that companies and transportation cooperatives aware of the importance of implementing RSE, this is where the idea of this analysis is born. The following research focuses on the analysis of Social responsibility in interprovincial transport companies of Ecuador case: “Cooperativa de Transportes Occidentales” on concerns about the impact of this on their social and natural environment. RSE is a response to economic and social changes, companies must express the demands of society and the market make it. This process leads to ethical values and a code of ethics under which a commitment to community and the environment is created is incorporated. For this analysis we proceeded to separate into three chapters, the first introductory concepts about RSE and transport, in the second an analysis of interprovincial transport in Ecuador is done, and in the third chapter an analysis is performed by applying the methodology surveys to determine the perspectives of users against the Cooperativa Occidentales. Ending with the analysis and determination of the degree of corporate social responsibility is observed that the cooperative does not work with RSE is why the creation of a model of social responsability based on continuous improvement methodology is proposed which allow through tools take corrective action, preventive and analysis of satisfaction members or customers. This is the most effective way of improving the quality and efficiency in organizations. For companies, quality management systems, ISO standards and environmental assessment systems, are used to achieve total quality.
