In this work, the systematization of a work climate study and improvement plans for the National Directorate of Document Management of the Ecuadorian Social Security Institute from November 2015 to July 2016 were developed. This proposal was established based on a systematic process, which started with the diagnosis of institutional needs, and was gradually developed until an improvement plan according to the identified problems was reached.
Factors that were evaluated in a survey were defined. The surveys were taken by each employee that works at departments, which were chosen for the evaluation of work climate. As a result, 10 global factors were obtained and after 3 to 5 questions for each factor were formulated, consequently, there were 45 questions. The management of documentary management has 45 employees distributed in high, medium and operative commands.
After obtaining the indicators, an institutional improvement plan was developed according to the needs generated throughout the process in order to develop a healthy labor environment, which allows to achieve goals effectively and efficiently, promoting not only institutional development, but also the individual development of each employee who works in the organization. |
