Sumario: This project will present the design and construction of a semiautomatic hydraulic machine to bend tubes with interchangeable rolls for the exclusive use of the “Carrocerías Pedrotti” company. In the first part of this project, a research was made in order to know and analyze the effects of how not to have the process of metal conforming affects the company. Additionally, the company is interested is to give this service to its clients. According to the results obtained in the previous analysis, it was determined that the best option was to build a semiautomatic hydraulic machine with interchangeable rolls to bend tubes using steel conforming method. The structure of the machine consists in three rolls coupled to their axes. The materials to design the axes was transmission steel 1045, an engine together with a speed reducer to move the axes, and a pinion chain to connect the engine with the axes and give them move. The following project was created according to the necessities that the company has to construct bodyworks using the metal conforming process. Finally, to design the machine diagrams and its components a modelling 3D software was used.
