Sumario: The following draft titration was performed in Tiflobiblioteca Polytechnic Salesian University-Campus Girón, which promotes inclusive education in higher education institutions. The main objective of the project is the development of library resources in accessible formats for students with disabilities, especially for students with visual disabilities; guaranteeing the right to education and promoting the rights and equal opportunities. The project focused primarily on the digitization and adaptation of library resources in accessible formats, for which it took into account parameters such as accessibility adaptation of margins, line spacing, additional text in graphs and tables among others. With the aforementioned parameters it was possible to make resources available with 95% accessibility benefit visually impaired students in their studies, because reading is more understandable and fluid; improve in their studies. The Tiflobiblioteca software features that allow students to use technology in an independent manner, the main tool screen readers are making better use of computers, social networking, Internet browsing, etc. In other technological resources to help with the Tiflobiblioteca also it offers training for the proper use and management of these resources, reaching not only own students of the Salesian Polytechnic University but also students from other institutions and the general community.
