The project consisted in updating the manual functions of the company UMCO S.A, over a period of 11 months, it was elected after a diagnosis of needs in the organization. The objective was to provide a robust tool that serves as the basis for selection, training and performance evaluation processes, also to improve rates of productivity, motivation and work climate
The manual is essential in the organization because it provides information about the name and objective of the post, the department to which each person belongs and the immediate supervisor. In addition, the roles and responsibilities that should play each charge, the necessary knowledge, the academic level, the abilities that the candidate must have and the time of experience.
It is important to mention that a project has systematic processes that are accompanied by stages leading to the final product, and at the same time leave learnings and experiences that will serve as the professional and personal life.
In this case the starting point was to identify existing enterprise charges, then proceeded to the development and implementation of tools (interviews, surveys, observation) with the purpose of obtaining information, that later was sorted, classified, analyzed and emptied in the new design of descriptive charge
Finally the feedback was done with partners which aimed to introduce the new manual functions. |
