Sumario: The UPS's teachers inclusive education training proposal in the Starting Education career and General Basic career considers the necessity of knowing the principles of an inclusive culture and both: the positive language command and disabled students right treatment. This training proposal includes the carry out of two pedagogic workshops focussed on Inclussion and Educational Qualities which tries to make aware about an inclusive culture's practicing. The pedagogic workshops are: 1) Rights Equalities in the Superior Education. This workshop starts with the Ecuadorian inclusive legislation in order to know laws focused on superior education. 2) Inclusive Education; a permanent work. This workshop gives hints for the teachers about treatments and learning methods required by disabled students. With these workshops, many myths and mental, attitudes and communication barriers will be eliminated. Things mentioned above had not afforded (in last years) the acceptance of disabled students cases on the university. Consequently, this training proposal is a commitment between students, teachers and academic authorities in order to raise awareness about inclusive education on the UPS.
