The objective of this project is to implement a machine which will be used in the manufacture of green boulders, at the same time, it will help to improve the shape of the product, so that it is applicable in the food industry.
The study focuses on the formation of the green balls, in this part, is where it presents the major deficiencies because of the physical effort made by the staff, principles and theoretical foundations of machine design is also detailed. Being a food process, stainless steel for its construction will be selected. Then, it will be validate as a convenient, fast and safe process.
The second chapter shows the mechanism and its respective calculation of pilling green, it has main parts as the supporting structure, iron crushing, pneumatic cylinder, pneumatic system, fulfilling the objectives proposed in the improvement of a process. In the third chapter consists of the relevant details of the costs involved for their construction of the machine manufacturing , as well as items that are generated in the respective construction. |
