The design and construction of the pneumatic cutting machine intended for making cut a rectangular shaped sponge hollow cylinders (drums) which is part of the so called sponge roller for painting. Various alternative mechanisms to perform movement and feed rate wouldarise, the best alternative is selected in terms of manufacturing cost, it offers the operator safety and ease of maintenance required at the time of operation. For the sizing of this machine will be designed and selected echanical and pneumatic elements that comply with the intended function, control of the machine it made with a LOGO that provides ease of operation and operator control. The machine will be a boon for producing rollers since being an advance of controlled cutting a better finish is obtained on the surface of the roller. |
