Sumario: The press that leaves to design will use the advantages of the pneumatic and hydraulic systems, these they are respectively the speed and the force. In Chapter I, theoretical Marco; the pneumatic circuit will carry out the positioning of the superior table and the location of the material to be cut, and the hydraulic circuit will be the one that carries out the cut. The presses have capacity for the quick production, since the time of operation is only the one that needs for a career of the battering ram or superior table, more the necessary time to feed the material. Consequently low costs of production can be conserved. In Chapter 2, System of pneumatic and hydraulic control; the press will consist with a safe-deposit system for the superior table, to protect to the operator when this placing and retiring the material to process. Additionally the control system will have pushers of type switch, which force to the operator to maintain pressed when the machine this in operation. For Chapter 3, the Design; it will be analyzed the alternatives of the materials that should be used to carry out a press hidroneumatic. The system of control of the Press will be semiautomatic; it will consist of a hydraulic circuit and another tire that you/they will work independently in its operation. In Chapter 4, the Simulation; through the software Inventor, is carried out the design of the parts of the press hidroneumatic in three dimensions, with which is carried out the simulation of the mechanical operation of the same one. For Chapter 5, Analysis of costs; the raw material costs are detailed, machinery to use and required manpower, with which it is determined to manufacture the press hidroneumatic when being added the cost. In the Conclusion sand Recommendations should be able to determine if the objectives are met and if they respond to the concerns raised in the hypothesis. For Generation Plans, drawings will take place in three dimensions through Inventor software, based on the dimensions given in the previous chapters.
