Sumario: This project aimed to identify needs and problems that were evident in the School of Basic Education "Ciudad de Otavalo" concerning the educational inclusion of children with hearing, intellectual and physical disabilities, being teachers' training our main object, using methodological strategies as: direct experiences, psychomotor activities, comprehension activities, manipulative exploration activities, to overcome learning barriers and general participation. For analysis and process evaluation techniques, interviews, surveys, direct observations were used, which helped collect the information to begin the process of educational inclusion of children with disabilities. During the develpment of this project, awareness and training techniques were applied to teachers, so the progress of children became evident in the classroomduring the 2015 - 2016 school year. This project demonstrated that the participation of each member from the education community, in a practical educational inclusion is important, since all contributed with expertise in different areas
