The present project contains, in its development, a detailed analysis of the studies obtained in databases of the Parish Government, and others necessary carried out in the field and specialized laboratories, in order to obtain data indispensable for the determination of the method to be used for the treatment of water and the calculation of design flows, necessary for sizing units that make up the system, presenting the respective calculation reports of the structures to be repot. In order to achieve the above, the analysis was performed based on the calculation of the population of current and future supply and demand according to the reference, potential and effective population with their respective population growth, the estimation of the deficit or demand unsatisfied and the determination of the objective population, beneficiary of the project. Two alternatives of design are proposed, first, repowering of the drinking water system with an electronic control board for pumping, being necessary the contracting of a trained operator who is in charge of its manipulation; Second an automatic water level control method be used to obtain a semi-automatic system. The parameters of hydraulic design of system are stipulated under the regulations of the National Water Secretariat (Senagua) for a design period of 25 years. Within the economic technical study, the NPV, IRR and Benefit-Cost are considered as important data, based on the target population and its budget, which are very useful to verify the economic viability of the project. |
