Sumario: In Ecuador there is a significant number of people with disabilities, there is information that is detailed in percentage, by gender, by province and by type of disability. However, there is no information or research that shows the participation of people with disabilities for their social development in society, especially in the workplace, since it is a way that allows them to continue with their lives normally. This is how the photo report "Less Limitations - Greater Inclusion" shows the work performance and development of people with disabilities in Capodarco Community. In such way, labor inclusion will be visible and its participation in its social development will be valued. Communication is the opportunity for each individual to feel capable to build a society with full freedom, and fulfill roles that lead to development or generate social changes. It is also explained that the creation of projects through communication between social actors is not the only social change that was achieved from the participation actions in this objective to promote the labor inclusion of people with disabilities, but also a change is reached through living and being participants in their work and generating their social development. In this way, the invisibilization and labor inclusion will be focused and worked under the line of research (communication and human development).
